As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in guiding financial strategy, balance sheet performance, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with senior leaders on high-impact business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Help lead and maintain the credit union's Asset/Liability Management (ALM) program and financial models
• Manage profitability analysis, funds transfer pricing, and budgeting systems
• Develop financial forecasts, trend analyses, and performance reporting
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support mortgage lock desk operations, derivative accounting, and investment reporting
• Conduct variance analysis, financial research, and special projects
• Partner with Business Intelligence teams to improve data quality, reporting, and profitability metrics
• Maintain and optimize Axiom Planning & Profitability systems

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in financial data analytics: producing, parsing, organizing and reviewing data analytics for accuracy/trend/forecasting.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience with budgets: creating enterprise-wide budgets including data gathering, inputs and quality control.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling
• Experience analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and presenting recommendations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
