ASP.NET Core Web API on IIS Entity Framework Core (advanced migrations, temporal tables, schema isolation)
Strong UX sensibility. Able to collaborate with operator SMEs and achieve mentalmodel parity with legacy screens
Performance Eligible to workimization Query Store, execution plan analysis, wait statistics, index tuning

Nice to have skills
SQL Server Service Broker conversation lifecycle, activation, cross instance endpoints, certbased auth
Onprem Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML, selfhosted agents)

ASP.NET Core Web API on IIS Entity Framework Core advanced migrations, temporal tables, schema isolation DomainDriven Design in practice aggregates, domain events, anticorruption layers API design RESTful, contractfirst, versioned, paginated including API Gateway BFF patterns CQRS MediatR, durable background jobs Hangfire, realtime push SignalR Component architecture, lazyloaded modules, reactive forms, RxJS State management with NgRx realtime UI via SignalRWebSocket Strong UX sensi

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute

Lead major incident bridges, restoration coordination, and postincident reviews with ConEd leadership.
Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, Regulatory expectations, and internal governance standards.
Provide deep expertise in ASP.NET ASP.NET Core applications used in operational workflows.
