Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: $120k - $160k per annum

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning technologies, integrations, data management, and enterprise application design. This role will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and user-focused solutions while supporting Agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and document Salesforce applications and enhancements.
• Build solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Platform/Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop asynchronous processing solutions and design applications that operate effectively within Salesforce governor limits.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Salesforce, and middleware technologies.
• Support Salesforce and MuleSoft-based integrations, including solutions implemented through MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Manage data quality, data management processes, business rules, and automation within Salesforce.
• Develop declarative and programmatic solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Create technical documentation, solution roadmaps, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, user experience needs, and delivery roadmaps.
• Work within Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional Salesforce experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Strong experience developing Salesforce applications, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Apex, including asynchronous processing and development within governor limits.
• Strong experience with Lightning Platform/Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, and Salesforce platform technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Platform Events and middleware/integration architectures.
• Experience with MuleSoft and/or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is preferred for integration-heavy environments.
• Experience with Salesforce data management, data quality, automation, and business rules.
• Ability to independently design and build medium-complexity Salesforce solutions; source requirements indicate 3-6 years of direct experience in this area.
• Experience with solution design, technical documentation, estimation, code reviews, and Agile delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Additional Salesforce certifications relevant to development, architecture, or platform administration.
• Experience with Salesforce UX and user-centered solution design.
• Experience creating solution roadmaps and coordinating priorities with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Bolt and related Salesforce ecosystem technologies.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
