Responsibilities

• Enhancement Activities - technical configuration and workflow enhancement support to deploy additional application functionality.
• Guidance on solutions and alternatives.
• Assist with knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Perform data migration as required.
• Support configuration and customization efforts.
• Service Catalog: create/modify catalog item(s), create/modify approval workflows, create/modify order guides.
• Develop/evaluate/update workflows.
• Automation for various application support processes.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience required.
• ServiceNow Engineer.
• Must be proficient in ServiceNow Modules and APIs and have a strong desire to leverage ServiceNow for Automation at Vanguard in Enterprise Security & Fraud.
