What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor bagging equipment

Fill, seal, label, and stack product bags accurately

Inspect products and packaging for quality standards

Palletize and prepare finished products for shipment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Perform basic equipment checks and report issues promptly

Follow safety procedures and production guidelines at all times

Work closely with team members to meet nightly production goals

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred

Ability to work independently and stay productive during overnight hours

Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Forklift experience is a plus but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
