  • Create technical documentation including software designs, diagrams, flowcharts, test plans, test reports, and code documentation.
  • Collaborate directly with ROIC Design, Systems Engineering, Project Management, Test Engineering, and other technical teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Participate in project and technical meetings, communicate development status, and present technical information.
  • Support troubleshooting, debugging, integration, and verification activities involving software and test equipment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of software, automated test capabilities, development processes, and overall system performance.
  • Support quality assurance and configuration management practices throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
  • Experience developing software using C#.
  • Experience or familiarity with Python and SQL.
  • Strong software development, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across software, hardware, systems, and other engineering disciplines.
