Role Overview
We are looking for strong Software/Platform Engineers at multiple levels who have a solid software engineering background with a primary focus on backend development (approximately 70%), along with frontend development and experience working with AI-enabled engineering solutions.
This is not a Cloud Infrastructure or Terraform-focused role. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can design and build scalable applications, improve engineering and operational efficiency, automate software releases, and contribute to platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications.
• Work across backend and frontend technologies, with a strong emphasis on backend engineering.
• Design and develop APIs, SDKs, reusable frameworks, shared services, and web components.
• Contribute to platform engineering and software architecture at the appropriate level.
• Automate software releases and improve the overall SDLC.
• Drive improvements in engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
• Apply AI tools and AI-enabled engineering practices to development and automation.
• Work with AIDLC (AI Development Life Cycle) and modern AI engineering approaches.
• Collaborate on architecture, technical design, development, and engineering best practices.
• Work with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS, although Azure or GCP experience is also acceptable.
• Implement and improve DevOps and CI/CD processes.

Required / Preferred Skills
Software Engineering

• Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong backend development experience.
• Full-stack development experience with frontend exposure.
• Experience with one or more languages such as Java, Python, Go/Golang, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience building APIs, SDKs, reusable components, or shared services.

Platform & Architecture

• Platform Engineering experience.
• Software architecture and technical design experience.
• Experience developing scalable and reusable engineering solutions.
• Staff-level candidates should have strong architecture and technical leadership experience.

AI

• Experience using AI tools in software development or engineering.
• Experience with AI-enabled development, automation, GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, MCP, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Any relevant hands-on AI tool experience can be considered.

Cloud / DevOps

• Cloud experience with AWS preferred; Azure or GCP is also acceptable.
• DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Experience automating releases and improving development/release processes.

Certification
A Cloud Certification is required for conversion to FTE.
Preferred certifications include:

• AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Google Cloud Digital Leader
