About this job

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Factory Feeding to join our San Antonio Manufacturing Plant team.

The Supply Chain Manager – Factory Feeding is responsible for leading factory material handling and material flow operations, ensuring the right material is delivered to the right location at the right time to support uninterrupted production. This position leads multiple supervisors and their hourly teams, with responsibility for lineside material availability, warehouse-to-line material flow, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

This role works closely with Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to identify and resolve material flow constraints, improve operational performance, and support production requirements. The manager will also play a key role in new product introductions, ensuring material handling processes, systems, equipment, and resources are ready to support successful production launches.

As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift. The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in early 2027.

This position will initially work Day Shift and be required to transition to Night Shift as the operation ramps up in mid-2027.

Day Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM.

Night Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM.

This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements.

Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule.
