Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year

Job Description
The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, engineers, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements. The role involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, system integration, technical documentation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Business Process Analysis
Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
Create process flows, business process maps, and workflow documentation.
Technical Documentation
Develop detailed functional and technical specifications.
Prepare process maps, requirements documents, use cases, and project documentation.
Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
System Integration
Analyze integration requirements between business applications, systems, and existing workflows.
Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
Identify and resolve integration-related issues.
Data Analysis
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights.
Use SQL, Excel, and data analytics/visualization tools to support business decisions.
Develop and track relevant metrics and KPIs.
