What you will be doing:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs. The role involves collaborating with multiple engineering and business teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines, proactively managing dependencies and risks, and facilitating effective communication with leadership and client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across technical execution and stakeholder management, driving accountability, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth end-to-end program delivery. In this role, you will:

Program & Delivery Management

  • Drive end-to-end delivery planning for products built by multiple global teams, supporting clear documentation of technical specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with teams to track dependencies, identify potential risks, and facilitate timely resolution of delivery challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads on sprint and release planning to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and priorities.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams, serving as a key point of coordination for team leads and stakeholders.
  • Organize regular syncs, stand-ups, and steering committee meetings to support alignment on priorities and shared delivery objectives.
  • Help navigate competing priorities across teams and facilitate timely decisions and escalations when required.

Executive & Client Communication

  • Support executive-level reporting by translating technical progress into clear, business-focused updates covering program status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders, providing visibility into delivery progress, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions.
  • Prepare and present program updates for leadership reviews and steering committee discussions.

Technical Oversight

  • Partner with technical leads to review specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements before development begins.
  • Develop a working understanding of the technical architecture to facilitate discussions, identify gaps, and support alignment between technical design and delivery expectations.
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in client-facing environments.
  • Experience coordinating delivery across multiple globally distributed teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex technical updates into clear, concise, and business-focused communication for senior leadership and clients.
  • Working knowledge of technical specifications and software delivery processes, with the ability to assess deliverables against defined requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment and influence decisions across teams and leadership levels.
  • Familiarity with dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate program updates and delivery progress to senior stakeholders and clients.

Good to Have

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience managing programs involving offshore or globally distributed teams across different time zones.
