What You'll Own

As a Transportation Manager, you'll serve as the primary leader and advocate for a fleet of professional drivers, ensuring they have the support they need to safely and successfully deliver freight across the country.

In this role, you will:

u2705 Lead, coach, and develop a fleet of 10+ drivers

u2705 Build strong relationships through daily communication and support

u2705 Help drivers achieve safety, service, and performance goals

u2705 Manage equipment utilization to maximize productivity and profitability

u2705 Ensure driver home-time commitments are met

u2705 Identify opportunities to improve fleet performance and operational efficiencies

u2705 Monitor safety metrics and help create a culture where safety comes first

u2705 Make real-time decisions that keep freight moving and customers satisfied

• Experience balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
