As a Unit Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents while leading a team of nursing professionals.

Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate care delivery for residents on the unit.
• Manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions, coordinating with physicians as needed.
• Foster a compassionate and positive environment for both residents and staff.

Unit Manager Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs.
