JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Manager leads receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, material and tool fulfillment, staging, shipping, delivery coordination, asset management, fleet support, and warehouse workforce activities for the Manufacturing Department. This position ensures raw materials, manufactured assemblies, field-support kits, tools, equipment, and project materials are received accurately, stored securely, tracked reliably, staged correctly, and delivered safely and on schedule. The Warehouse Manager establishes standard work, maintains visibility of material readiness and logistics constraints, develops warehouse personnel, and partners with Manufacturing Operations, Purchasing, Project Management, Advanced Construction Planning, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and field teams to support predictable production and field execution.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Operations and Material Flow
• Plan, prioritize, and direct daily receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, kitting, staging,
packing, shipping, returns, and material-transfer activities.
• Maintain clear flow paths and defined locations for inbound material, quarantine, inspection, raw material, work in
process, completed assemblies, outbound shipments, tools, equipment, and returns.
• Coordinate warehouse priorities with manufacturing schedules, project need dates, field requirements, and facility
capacity.
• Establish standard work, visual controls, location systems, labeling requirements, and handoff expectations that
support safe and predictable flow.
Receiving and Quality Verification
• Verify inbound quantities, condition, packing lists, purchase-order information, certifications, and required
documentation.
• Document damage, shortages, overages, incorrect material, and receiving exceptions with photographs and timely
notifications.
• Coordinate disposition of nonconforming, damaged, quarantined, returned, or warranty material with Purchasing,
Quality, suppliers, and responsible project teams.
• Prevent unverified or rejected material from entering available inventory or production flow.
Inventory Control and Material Readiness
• Maintain accurate inventory records, location data, units of measure, min/max levels, reservations, transfers, cycle
counts, and physical inventory results.
• Monitor raw-material, consumable, standard-stock, project-specific, and critical-item availability against manufacturing
and project schedules.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide current material-readiness status and escalate shortages, excess, slow-moving stock, obsolete material, or
space constraints early.
Shipping, Logistics, and Delivery Coordination
• Develop and maintain outbound shipment and delivery schedules with Purchasing, Manufacturing, project teams, field
leadership, and drivers.
• Verify outbound loads are complete, accurate, documented, labeled, protected, sequenced, secured, and ready for
delivery.
• Coordinate carrier selection, special handling, delivery appointments, site access, lifting or unloading requirements,
and proof of delivery.
• Manage delivery exceptions, returns, undelivered items, damaged shipments, and corrective action.
Tool, Equipment, Asset, and Fleet Support
• Manage receiving, inspection, storage, issue, return, tracking, readiness, repair coordination, calibration or certification
status, and security of warehouse-controlled tools, equipment, and assets.
• Enforce approved Remarcable or company asset-tracking processes for requests, check-out, transfers, status, and
returns.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of damaged or unreliable tools and equipment.
• Support fleet readiness, vehicle records, maintenance scheduling, inspection follow-up, and coordination with
responsible Purchasing or Operations personnel.
Team Leadership and Workforce Development
• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates, receiving and shipping personnel, drivers, apprentices,
and assigned support staff.
• Set daily expectations, verify understanding, monitor execution, provide respectful feedback, and reinforce
accountability for safety, quality, accuracy, productivity, and service.
• Support employee reviews, documented development plans, onboarding, cross-training, succession planning, and
identification of staffing or skill gaps.
• Maintain appropriate warehouse coverage while balancing receiving, fulfillment, staging, shipping, delivery, and
operational-support needs.
Safety, Compliance, and Facility Standards
• Partner with Environmental Health and Safety personnel to maintain safe material handling, equipment operation,
storage, racking, traffic flow, loading, unloading, and emergency access.
• Enforce PPE, forklift and powered-industrial-truck authorization, load limits, safe lifting, dock safety, vehicle and
pedestrian separation, incident reporting, and stop-work expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, secure, and hazard-free warehouse, staging, yard, loading, and support areas through 5S
and daily housekeeping routines.
• Maintain required training, inspection, certification, inventory, quality, and operational records.
Cost Control, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
• Track and report warehouse performance, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, delivery performance, material
readiness, damage, shortages, freight, and operating costs.
• Support budget development and control for warehouse labor, supplies, storage, material-handling equipment, freight,
fleet support, and facility needs.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, lessons learned, Plan-Do-Check-Adjust cycles, and correctiveaction follow-up.
• Improve layout, space utilization, point-of-use storage, replenishment, pull systems, transaction time, handling, and
flow while protecting safety and quality.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Planning and Workforce Direction
• Review inbound deliveries, manufacturing priorities, project requests, material status, outbound shipments, delivery
commitments, labor coverage, and equipment availability.
• Conduct a daily huddle covering safety, workload, assignments, quality expectations, constraints, and required
handoffs.
• Assign work and adjust labor based on changing priorities, receiving volume, production needs, urgent requests, and
delivery schedules.
Receiving, Inventory, and Fulfillment Control
• Review receiving exceptions, damaged material, shortages, quarantined items, backorders, and required follow-up.
• Verify near-term manufacturing and project material is received, located, picked, staged, and ready when required.
• Monitor inventory transactions, location accuracy, tool and equipment movement, and Remarcable compliance.
• Inspect warehouse, staging, loading, yard, and outbound areas for accuracy, flow, organization, and security.
Shipping, Delivery, and Communication
• Confirm outbound materials, assemblies, kits, tools, equipment, documents, labels, packaging, and delivery instructions
are complete.
• Coordinate drivers, carriers, routes, loading sequence, delivery appointments, and site requirements.
• Communicate material-readiness, inventory, shipment, delivery, facility, or resource risks to the Operations Manager
and affected teams.
Safety and Facility Readiness
• Perform daily safety and 5S walks and correct unsafe, blocked, damaged, disorganized, or noncompliant conditions.
• Confirm forklifts, pallet jacks, loading equipment, docks, racks, vehicles, and safety equipment are inspected and
serviceable.
WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITY
Planning and Coordination
• Review upcoming manufacturing releases, project schedules, material forecasts, delivery requirements, long-lead
items, and warehouse-capacity constraints.
• Conduct a weekly warehouse and logistics planning review with Manufacturing Operations, Purchasing, project
support, and delivery personnel.
• Prepare staffing, delivery, equipment, storage, and space plans for upcoming workload.
Inventory, Asset, and Performance Review
• Conduct or validate cycle counts and investigate discrepancies, transaction errors, location problems, and recurring
shortages.
• Review warehouse KPIs, including receiving, inventory, staging, shipping, delivery, damage, safety, labor, asset, and
freight performance.
• Review tool, equipment, vehicle, repair, calibration, certification, and maintenance status.
• Assign corrective actions and verify closure of recurring operational problems.
Team and Continuous Improvement
• Hold team coaching, training, performance, cross-training, and development discussions.
• Review standard work, layouts, visual controls, replenishment methods, 5S conditions, and improvement
opportunities.
• Capture lessons learned and update procedures, checklists, labels, locations, dashboards, and training materials.

• Strong knowledge of receiving, inspection, inventory control, warehousing, material handling, picking, kitting, staging,

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Work is performed primarily in warehouse, manufacturing, yard, loading, receiving, and office environments with
periodic project-site and supplier visits.
• The role requires regular walking, standing, bending, reaching, climbing, entering and exiting vehicles or equipment,
and handling material within company safety guidelines.
• Early starts, overtime, schedule flexibility, and work in changing weather or traffic conditions may be required based on
receiving, shipment, inventory, or delivery needs.
• Required PPE, equipment authorization, site-access, and safe material-handling requirements must be followed.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or
a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, material-management, manufacturing-support, or related
experience.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, electrical construction, industrial distribution, or project-based operations
preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory accuracy, material flow, shipping, receiving, employees, and competing
operational priorities.
• Forklift certification required or must be obtained within the company-defined qualification period.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record required when operating personal or company vehicles on company business.
