Title: Accounting Clerk
Pay: $25.00–$26.07/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday; 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Union City, CA 94587 – 100% Onsite
Contract: 3 months

Overview
This position supports daily Accounts Payable and accounting operations and is well suited for an early-career accounting professional or recent graduate with AP and SAP experience.

Required Skills

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience
• SAP experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• 10-key proficiency and accurate data-entry skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Description

• Scan customer and vendor invoices into the system.
• Perform AP coding and process vendor invoices in SAP.
• Match and batch invoices, credits, and supporting documentation.
• Pull Concur documentation for SAP indexing.
• Assist with collections activities.
• Support scanning and processing of supplier chargebacks.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Provide clerical support to Accounts Receivable and Customer Service teams.
• Complete data entry and other accounting-related administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with various departments and levels of management.

Preferred Skills

• 1–2 years of accounting, Accounts Payable, customer service, or related business experience.
• Recent accounting or business graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong comfort level with technology and learning new systems.
