BizTek People is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate!

Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Contract Duration: 3 months with high potential for extension

Accounts Payable Associate

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate who is organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP, including PO/non-PO invoices, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet substantiation
• Support month-end close and journal entries
• Manage vendor onboarding and supplier records
• Resolve invoice disputes, PO variances, payment issues, reissues, and voids
• Support Travel & Expense processes and corporate card programs
• Support and configure Concur and related T&E applications
• Assist with audits, reporting, AP controls, and documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Significant hands-on Concur experience
• Travel & expense reporting
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and AP processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Associate degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
