Administrative Assistant

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an opportunity in Everett, Washington.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • New employee onboarding
  • Daily team scheduling
  • Calendar Management
  • Running meetings
  • Power point presentations
  • Project Management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Comfortable in a high paced environment
