In this role, youll support employee benefit programs including HSAs, FSAs, and reimbursement accounts, while gaining hands-on experience in benefits administration, claims processing, customer service, and day-to-day operations.

What Youll Be Doing

• Process HSA, FSA, and reimbursement claims accurately and efficiently
• Review and track claims, reimbursements, and account transactions
• Help members with questions about account balances, claim status, and benefit plans
• Assist users with online account access and basic troubleshooting
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support incoming/outgoing mail and general office administration
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and follow privacy requirements
• Assist with special projects and opportunities to improve processes

What Were Looking For

• 1+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Accurate and efficient data-entry skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with employee benefits, HSAs, FSAs, claims processing, or HR-related work is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Work Environment

Monday-Friday | Fully Onsite | Standard Business Hours

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glens Falls, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
