Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  1. Database: Oracle
  2. Operating System experience: UNIX or Linux
  3. Cloud: Eligible to workP
  4. Tools- Grafana, Splunk, Geneos, Ansible, Control-M, Terraform, GitHub/GitHub Action
  5. Roles & Responsibilities
  6. Production Support, PL-SQL, Unix, ITIL (Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management,
  7. Change Management, Continual Service Improvement), Eligible to workP.
  8. Knowledge of any monitoring tools good to have, Understanding of DevOps/automation good to have

Associate is expected to provide L2 support for critical investment banking applications
