Job Summary:
Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to make a difference in long-term healthcare? Golden Pavilion Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Administrator to join our team. As an Assistant Administrator, you will work closely with our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to assist in managing a large skilled nursing facility. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Responsibilities include assisting in the following areas of the operation:

• Financial Management
• Quality Management
• Human Resource Management
• Physical Plant Management
• Staffing Management

Requirements:

• 2 years LTC experience in one or more disciplines (or transferrable experience in other areas of healthcare)
• Bachelor's Degree, required
• Graduate Degree, preferred
