The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Budget Analyst responsible for performing the total spectrum of programming, budgeting, execution, and review of the multi-year/multi-appropriation budget in support of the Capabilities Management Office.

Duties

DUTY 1 - Executes/monitors/oversees the receipt, distribution, and administration of all funds issued to the , to include annual and multi-year funding (direct and reimbursable) program allotments, allowances, and obligation authorities.

DUTY 2 - Provides independent quick reaction analysis and prepares status reports of the CDM Enterprise budget.

DUTY 3 - Serves as an advisor to the Chief of Budget Execution on matters pertaining to fiscal law, funding strategy, and funding resources within the CDM Enterprise.

• All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.
• Position is designated and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.

• Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.
• Mobility is a condition of employment. The employee must sign an Air Force-wide mobility agreement.
• The employee may occasionally be required to travel away from duty station on military or commercial aircraft. This position requires both occasional foreign and domestic travel.
• The work is primarily sedentary and performed in an office setting. Some walking, standing, bending, carrying light items may be required in the course of the duty day.
