Business Analyst III

Length of Assignment: 9 months – possibility to extend based on performance/position need

Pay range: $37.73 - 41.93/hr on w2 (all inclusive)

Note:
Assist with process mapping, new documentation of procedures
Provide Support.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Work
SharePoint experience a plus
Worked at client before a plus in the Power Delivery or Transmissions department
Onsite in Jackson, MS
Day will start at 7:30am can work 7 -10's

Job Summary: responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting decision-making through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring business needs are clearly defined and addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis efforts for projects and initiatives
• Analyze complex data sets and business processes
• Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions
• Create detailed reports, presentations, and business cases
• Mentor junior analysts and review their work

Qualifications:

• 4–7+ years of experience
• Strong analytical, presentation, and business acumen
