❤️ Looking for More Than Just a Job?

At Iron Wellness and Recovery Center, we're not just hiring employees — we're building a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use challenges and build healthier futures.

This grant-funded Care Coordinator position plays a central role in expanding access to medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and helping clients successfully navigate treatment, recovery, and supportive services.

Iron Wellness and Recovery Center has provided valuable Substance Use Disorder and Behavioral Health treatment services since 1987.

Our team members are more than employees — they're advocates, care coordinators, and partners in recovery.
