Job Description

Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital, located in North Scottsdale, AZ is looking to hire a part-time (<20 hours) EXPERIENCED Customer Service Representative (CSR) with the potential for full time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on exceptional client service and communication skills
• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism creating a lasting impression with the intention to always exceed our client's expectations.
• Friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations and must show empathy during difficult situations.
• Ability to multitask, answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications professionally via phone, text and email
• Computer literacy, check patients in and out, collect payments, and review invoices and financial issues
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Assist with client education and follow-up communication
• Support the team of veterinarians, techs and veterinary assistants during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Prior VETERINARY customer service experience REQUIRED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
• Compassion for animals and their people
• Every Other Saturday is REQUIRED (8:30am - 1pm)

Starting Schedule (PT):

• Monday and Fridays
• Every Other Saturday
