The Opportunity

MassMutual is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the Head of Customer Care Centers and the Head of Inforce Services. In this highly visible role, you'll support two senior leaders, helping them stay focused on strategic priorities while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You'll be a key member of both leadership teams, building relationships across the organization, solving problems, and contributing to a positive employee experience. The Team

Customer Care Centers and Inforce Services play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to MassMutual customers, policyholders, and advisors. The Impact

As Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted partner responsible for helping leaders and teams operate efficiently and effectively. You'll manage priorities, coordinate key activities, support organizational initiatives, and help foster a connected and engaging culture.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage complex executive calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, invoices, and vendor-related activities
  • Plan leadership meetings, team events, offsites, and recognition programs
  • Create presentations, reports, communications, and Excel-based materials
  • Anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions to support business operations
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee moves, transfers, and new hire support
  • Partner across teams on special projects and organizational initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience

The Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams, or equivalent experience supporting complex business operations
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders

The Ideal Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive administrative role
  • 1+ year of experience working in the financial services industry
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to perform routine administrative support proactively and provide assistance as urgent situations or ad hoc needs arise
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Experience preparing professional communications, presentations, reports, and meeting materials for leadership audiences
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, and supporting executive operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel in a professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to prioritize
  • Strong ability to work autonomously in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to make reasonable discretionary decisions

Salary Range:

$73,000-$92,000
