Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Business Hours
Pay Rate: $90–$91/hour
Duration: 1 year contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to plan, lead, organize, and drive multiple technology projects from initiation through delivery.

This role will manage high-visibility, concurrent IT projects using waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies. The Project Manager will work across technical teams, business units, and third-party partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong IT project management background, understands technical infrastructure environments, and is comfortable managing multiple cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects supporting Infrastructure, Information Security, Business Systems & Operations, and Data Engineering & Analytics.
• Manage 2–4 concurrent projects, including project schedules, scope, deliverables, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules based on defined scope, priorities, and available resources.
• Lead project status meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional team discussions.
• Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and leadership escalations.
• Identify project roadblocks and coordinate with stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Hold project teams accountable for commitments, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project delivery across multiple technical teams, business units, third-party vendors, and external partners.
• Apply waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management approaches based on project and business needs.
• Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to evaluate project risks and issues accurately and objectively.
• Build strong relationships across a matrixed organization to gain stakeholder trust, sponsorship, and alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Information Technology Project Management experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in an IT-related field preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional technology projects.
• Ability to develop and manage project schedules, scope, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong project reporting skills, including status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and leadership escalations.
• Sufficient technical and business knowledge to effectively partner with technical project delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and competing priorities.

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner ( PMI-ACP)
• Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe) certification
