      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist and coordinate intern communications
      - Create and update reporting tools used to track the internship program
      - Communicate directly with interns, site HR team members, and management to gather information and provide updates
      - Track, monitor, and follow-up on recruitment tasks, updating relevant tracking tools as required
      - Generate routine reports from the ATS and intern tracking database as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related field; OR recent graduate within 12 months prior to internship start date
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
      - High attention to detail and accuracy
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
