What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce detailed MEP-focused models and drawings in Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection)
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field technicians to document existing conditions and translate laser scan data into accurate deliverables
- Perform clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews across MEP systems
- Coordinate with project managers and survey teams to ensure design intent and technical requirements are met
- Integrate laser scan data, point clouds, and 360° imagery into BIM workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit, specifically for MEP drafting or coordination
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design principles
- Ability to interpret and convert field data (laser scans, as-builts) into detailed Revit models
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with advanced BIM technologies and emerging Revit plugins
- Experience in performing clash detection and constructability reviews
- Background in working with a variety of project scopes and client standards
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and new tools for MEP and BIM modeling
