  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Produce detailed MEP-focused models and drawings using Autodesk Revit for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field technicians to document existing conditions and convert laser scan data into accurate 2D and 3D deliverables
  - Perform clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews across MEP systems
  - Work on a variety of projects, adapting to unique scopes, client standards, and software workflows
  - Integrate advanced technologies, including laser scan data and point clouds, into BIM workflows
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Autodesk Revit, particularly in MEP drafting or coordination
  - Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design principles
  - Ability to interpret and convert field data (laser scans, as-builts) into detailed Revit models
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
  - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with advanced BIM tools and techniques
  - Familiarity with Navisworks and emerging Revit plugins
  - Previous involvement in complex renovation and construction projects
  - Demonstrated ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
