      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Remediate digital documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX) to ensure compliance with Section 508 standards
      - Ensure video content includes accurate closed captioning, transcripts, and audio descriptions
      - Conduct accessibility audits on state websites, mobile applications, and software
      - Utilize Assistive Technologies (AT) to identify barriers to access and simulate user experiences
      - Collaborate with project managers to meet 508 accessibility project expectations and specifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in 508 accessibility and remediation for federal or state government entities
      - Current certifications from recognized organizations in accessibility (e.g., IAAP, Adobe)
      - Exceptional technical skills with Assistive Technology (AT) software
      - Advanced expertise in Accessibility Checker remediation software
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with non-English languages
      - Experience using built-in Accessibility Checkers in various document formats
      - Advanced knowledge of complex elements in PDFs, such as tables and interactive formulas
