      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis
      - Assess crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
      - Conduct follow-up calls for individuals at moderate to high risk for suicide
      - Adhere to ethical and clinical standards in compliance with accreditation requirements
      - Participate actively in supervision, training, and team meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
      - Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
      - Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a mental health crisis or suicide prevention role
      - Familiarity with community resources for mental health services
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
      - Certification in crisis intervention or related fields
