- Conducting skip traces to verify current or locate new address.
- Preparing collection letters for closed accounts
- Assist with issuance of liens, releases of liens, revisions of liens, and processing of lien responses.
- Prepare payments for cashiering to accounts.
- Assist taxpayers over the phone and in person regarding their account delinquency and collection processes.
- Provide reports and updates to interested departments.
- High school or GED plus two (2) years’ experience in fields providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, such as clerical accounting or bookkeeping; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
