- Ecosystem Mapping: Analyze and document the Alzheimer’s diagnostic and therapeutic landscape, including patient flow, referral networks, and stakeholder capabilities.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate local partnerships to enhance the ecosystem, focusing on diagnostics and treatment.
- Customer Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with key customers, ensuring optimal use of Lilly products and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Account Management: Lead cross-functional account planning, coordinate actions, and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
- Innovative Solutions: Design scalable programs that address customer needs while aligning with Lilly’s strategic goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and neurology, especially Alzheimer’s disease.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity in developing value-added programs that meet customer needs.
- At least 5 years in key account management within the pharmaceutical or biomedical sectors.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and executing large-scale projects.
- Fluent in English - Essential
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
