What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the complete range of surgical devices and solutions, focusing on hemostasis and wound closure platforms
- Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision-makers in an operating room setting
- Manage assigned sales territory, focusing on physicians and hospital institutions to achieve sales forecasts
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate product use to clinicians in the operating room
- Build excellent relationships with key physicians, hospital personnel, and distributors while ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience in medical sales, demonstrating exceptional achievement of sales objectives
- A valid driver's license issued in the United States
- Strong understanding of sales opportunities within accounts and the ability to make sound business decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

- Proven sales performance with the ability to target accounts and achieve results
- Experience in operating room sales of hospital-based pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- Background in developing new, innovative markets
