      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage relationships with existing Civitech customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
      - Develop and execute a prospecting plan for your designated territory
      - Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers
      - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast deal values
      - Collaborate with the sales team and log all activities in HubSpot

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
      - Experience in prospecting and closing sales opportunities through various outreach methods
      - Ability to manage 45 or more active opportunities simultaneously
      - Proficiency in executing a solution sales methodology
      - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
      - Strong relationship-building and communication skills
      - Experience working with political parties, PACs, or national party committees
