      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Americas
      - Identify and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and networking opportunities
      - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
      - Conduct needs assessments and solution presentations to communicate the value of SaaS offerings
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of sales experience in technical B2B SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
      - Strong understanding of the aviation industry and/or experience selling to aviation-related businesses
      - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
      - Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling SaaS solutions or software products in the mid-market (deal sizes $10K to $100K range)
      - Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build consensus among stakeholders
      - Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth
      - Proficiency in languages other than English
