What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce with precision and accountability.
- Drive daily outbound activities, including cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct high-impact discovery calls and product demos to align customer pain points with solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to enhance the go-to-market strategy.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Proven self-starter with ownership of pipeline and results.
- Competitive and goal-driven, with a strong motivation to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with event marketing, ticketing, or email/SMS marketing.
