      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
      - Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound leads
      - Target accounts with 11-30 vehicles to drive sales
      - Manage a high-volume transactional sales process effectively
      - Champion and embody the company's cultural principles as the organization scales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a closing sales role
      - Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
      - Experience selling in the commercial space with small to medium deal sizes
      - Familiarity with high-volume cold calling and fast-paced transactional sales
      - Must demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with teammates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms
      - Background in industries related to transportation, agriculture, or construction
