What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a tailored sales plan to increase subscribers and data service clients
- Engage with existing and potential subscribers through phone, email, webinars, and social media to educate them on services and upsell opportunities
- Manage the entire sales process, from diagnosing client needs to negotiating and closing deals
- Position the employer as an industry expert by understanding clients' unique needs and providing strategic solutions
- Utilize Salesforce to manage contacts, leads, opportunities, and the sales pipeline effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Experience in the GovTech industry
- Previous experience with SaaS software sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to prospect and close deals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data sales
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude with tenacity and confidence
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesloft
- Excellent presentation skills, particularly in a web environment
- Tech-savviness and strong social media skills
