What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide results-driven project management for integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns
- Lead day-to-day management of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring effective execution
- Develop complex mail strategies for multi-million-dollar budgets and supervise data management processes
- Maintain excellent client relations, leading client meetings and advocating for their needs
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of direct mail fundraising experience in a consulting or agency setting, preferably within nonprofit, advocacy, or political work
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external communication
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations and ethical practices, along with proficiency in fundraising software and CRM systems

- Experience with creative content development for fundraising purposes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and budget projections
