      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive and manage the sales cycle from opportunity creation to closure
      - Lead communication and collaboration with extended team members throughout the sales cycle
      - Develop strategic account, territory, and opportunity plans to achieve annual objectives
      - Establish and build deep relationships with Microsoft's field teams for collaborative selling
      - Accurately manage, report, and forecast business outcomes regularly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
      - 7+ years of experience in selling strategic technology business applications and solutions
      - Prior successful sales experience in technical services leveraging both on-premise and Cloud-based technologies
      - Strong and established relationships with Microsoft customer-facing account teams
      - Exceptional written and presentation communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Energy & Professional Services industry
      - Preference for candidates with experience in selling services leveraging the Microsoft stack, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
      - Familiarity with third-party vendors and partners
      - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
