      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive and manage the sales cycle from opportunity creation to closure
      - Lead communication and collaboration with specialist sales, pre-sales engineers, and industry directors
      - Develop strategic account, territory, and opportunity plans to achieve annual objectives
      - Establish and maintain relationships with Microsoft field teams to co-sell leads and opportunities
      - Accurately manage, report, and forecast business activities for predictable outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in selling strategic technology business applications and solutions
      - Proven sales experience selling technical services leveraging both on-premise and cloud-based technologies
      - Strong established relationships with Microsoft customer-facing account teams
      - Excellent written and presentation communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Industry experience in the manufacturing space
      - Previous experience selling services utilizing the Microsoft stack, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure
      - Familiarity with SQL, Machine Learning, IoT, and Modern Solutions
      - Experience working with third-party vendors and partners
      - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
