      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell finance and insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals and effectively overcome objections
      - Maintain customer relationships through regular visits and evaluation of needs for new opportunities
      - Identify non-F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist for growth
      - Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure product knowledge
      - Stay informed about competitors and market challenges through ongoing training and industry involvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, F&I provider, or retail dealership
      - Proven ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision-makers
      - Strong business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills
      - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting priorities effectively
