      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow market share and adoption of the employer's products across Federal, IC, and DOD customers
      - Manage existing client relationships to expand product usage and turn clients into strong references
      - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while aligning with the buying cycle
      - Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and meet customer needs
      - Maintain disciplined CRM activity and continuously expand product and industry expertise

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology or equivalent industry experience in security/tech sales
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the security industry, focusing on VMS, access control, and intrusion
      - Proven track record of selling to federal government agencies and navigating federal procurement processes
      - Established relationships within Federal/DOD agencies and integration partners
      - Familiarity with federal compliance requirements (e.g., FIPS 201/HSPD-12, FIPS 140, RMF/ATO)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough understanding of federal compliance requirements, security operations, and workflows
      - Strong communication and presentation skills to influence decision-makers
      - Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
      - Familiarity with Genetec’s platform or certifications in similar systems
      - Existing relationships with federal end users and systems integrators
