What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide a full sales cycle within the SMB market, achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships to maximize successful outcomes
- Present the company's products in various settings, including online and face-to-face
- Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals while addressing customer needs
- Manage the sales process by creating strategic account plans and presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Legal authorization to work in Canada or the USA
- Ability to manage and close high-volume sales deals
- Strong understanding of customer business complexities and needs
- Experience in high-volume outreach programs for prospecting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven ability to quickly develop relationships with potential customers
- Experience in presenting solutions that meet individual customer needs
- 1+ years of experience managing fast sales cycles
- 1+ years of experience using Salesforce
