      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing volume ticket sales from targeted constituencies
      - Coordinate and execute sales calls on potential customers through various outreach methods
      - Develop and maintain professional relationships with local, national, and international groups
      - Manage ticket sales processes, including booking orders and securing payments for group and season tickets
      - Collaborate with Marketing and Grassroots teams to support sales initiatives and enhance fan experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably with prior ticket sales experience
      - Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers
      - Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to multitask
      - Basic knowledge of Google Suite products
      - Legal authorization to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Hub Spot or Salesforce
      - Experience handling a high volume of phone calls and emails
      - Collaborative and flexible working style, capable of working both remotely and onsite
      - Willingness to travel to league locations, approximately 2-3 weeks each season
      - Strong customer service communication skills
