What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect daily to identify new opportunities within the designated territory
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Drive local and national events, webinars, and peer endorsement initiatives
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive landscape
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the dental or medical technology field
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and consultative selling approach
- Proven ability to influence customer decision-making
- High level of IT knowledge and appreciation for new technology
- Valid driver's license and access to a car for travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the orthodontics or dental sectors is preferred
- Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn in a scale-up environment
