What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve individual sales quotas to drive the company's goals and objectives
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting in an assigned geographic territory
- Deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and online
- Negotiate enterprise-level proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance customer engagement and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
- Strong business acumen with experience managing multiple client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role within the software industry
- Proven success in prospecting, developing leads, and closing complex sales deals
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity
- Experience in managing small-to-medium or mid-market accounts
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow within the role
