What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and manage territory to maximize sales revenue and profitability
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
- Educate medical staff on product benefits and provide demonstrations
- Accurately update CRM system with account activities and sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Science
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in a complex selling environment, preferably in laboratory diagnostics
- Proven track record of consistent sales growth
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight stays
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of laboratory diagnostics products
