What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and manage the assigned territory to maximize sales revenue and profitability
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience and drive sales growth
- Utilize the CRM system for tracking business account activities and forecasting opportunities
- Educate medical staff on product benefits through demonstrations and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Science
- Minimum of four years of sales experience in a complex selling environment, preferably in laboratory diagnostics
- Proven track record of consistent sales growth
- Must reside in the assigned territory
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
