What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain expertise in the employer's educational products
- Conduct consultative discussions to identify customer needs and align solutions
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in schools and districts
- Research territory trends and devise effective sales campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of successful direct sales experience or experience in the education field
- Teaching or education tech/publishing experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time within the designated territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience selling to schools and districts within the regional territory of South Bend, Indiana
